He is an accomplished fighter pilot who got commission in the GD(P) Branch of Pakistan Air Force in November 1980. Aman is a graduate of Combat Commander’s School, Air war college, and Royal College of Defense Studies (UK). He holds Master’s degrees in international studies from Kings College UK and Strategies Studies from Air War College.
During his illustrious career in PAK, Aman has commanded a Fighter Squadron, Combat Commander’s School, an Operational Air Base. He also remained as AOC Central Air Commanded & Southern Air Commanded. He served as Deputy Cheif of the Air Staff Training and Deputy Chief of Air Staff (operations).
