Fee Policy

FEE POLICY:

1. Fee is charged monthly basis.
2. At the time of admission it is mandatory to deposit the fee of upcoming Month.
3. Fee must be paid for entire Month, irrespective of illness, absence, early withdrawal and summer vacations.
4. Any fee is not refundable in any circumstances.
5. The Fee Structure Of The College May Be Revised Without Notice.
6. There are miscellaneous additional charges which are added to certain months’ fee and not a part of the regular fee. These charges must be paid in full.
7. No concession will be granted in late fee under any circumstances. The fee has to be deposited in time and in full amount.

RULES FOR FEE:

1. Fee Challan will be issued on 1st of every month.
2. The last date of Fee deposit is 10th of the month in which fee challan is issued.
3. If the fee is not paid within the due date a fine of Rs. 1000/- for first five days from the date 11 to 15 is imposed.
4. Rs. 2000/- fine will be imposed from date 16 to 20.
5. Any student whose fee is not paid by the 20th date is liable to be struck off from college roll from 21st of the month and on the discretion of the principal and may be re – admitted on payment of Rs.5000/- along with late fee fine.
6. No students are allowed to appear in any examinations untill boarding and lodging fee is paid. From a new boarder, the term in which he joins the hostel, full term fee will be charged.
7. The college tuition fee is charged from the beginning of the financial term in which he joins.
8. The student appearing for the external examination (SSC, HSSC, O’Level and A’level) has to pay college fees up to the end of the calendar month in which their external examination is being finished.
9. In case of with drawl of cadet by a parent/ guardian, the student will pay full fee for the quarter in which he/she is withdrawn. Quarterly or annual fees are not refundable in any case.

:فیس کے قواعد و ضوابط

فیس کا چالان فارم ہر مہینے کی پہلی تاریخ کو آپ کو وٹس اپ کر دیا جائے گا ۔

فیس جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ مہینے کی 10 تاریخ ہے۔

اگر فیس بر وقت ادا نہ کی گئی تو پہلے پانچ دنوں کا جرمانہ1000 ادا کرنا ہوگا۔

 اگلے پانچ دن بتاریخ (20-16) فیس اد ا نہ ہونے کی صورت میں جرمانہ 2000ہوگا۔

 ا 20 تاریخ تک فیس کی ادائیگی نہ ہونے کی صورت میں بچے کا نام کالج سے خارج کردیا جائے گا۔ اور فیس کی ادائیگی بمعہ جرمانہ 5000روپے کے ساتھ بچے کا داخلہ دوبارہ ری ایڈمیشن فیس کیا جائیگا۔

فیس کی عدم ادئیگی کی صورت میں بچے کو امتحانات میں بیٹھنے کی اجازت ہر گز نہ دی جائے گی۔

فیس وصولی داخلے کی شرائط و ضوابط کے مطابق کی جائیگی۔

بورڈ کی کلاسز مثلاً نہم ، دہم ، گیارہویں ، بارہویں ، کی فیس اُنکے امتحانات اور پریکٹیکل کے مہینوں تک ادا کی ہو۔(جن مہینوں میں امتحانات اور پریکٹیکل جاری رہیں گے)

اگر کسی وجہ سے بچے کا نام خارج کروانا ہو تو اس ماہ کی فیس ادا کرنا ہوگی ۔

کسی بھی صورت میں سالانہ فیس اور دیگر واجبات قابلِ واپسی نہ ہوں گے۔

:فیس کی پالیسی
ادارہ میں فیس ہر ماہ کی ادائیگی کی بنیاد پر کی جاتی ہے۔
”ہر ماہ کی فیس کی ادائیگی ( بیماری ، غیر حاضری ، نام خارج ) ہونے یا گرمیوں کی تعطیلات ہونے کے باوجود ضروری ہے
کالج ہذا کو ادا کئے گئے واجبات کسی بھی صورت نا قابلِ واپسی ہونگے۔
بغیر اطلاع کے واجبات میں کمی بیشی کی جاسکتی ہے۔
لیٹ فیس کی ادائیگی کی صورت میں کوئی رعائیت نہ ہوگی۔ فیس مکمل ادا کرنا ہوگی۔
